I am not sure what to even say about this book, as it was so impacting. It is full of insights into how we function as humans in terms of managing our stress, which comes from suppressing our fears, anger, and resentments which Dr. Sarno shows is the real source of our many infirmities. It is not a “Christian book”, but the author is clearly an man of great integrity. All I know is that everyone should listen to it

Two really good books were written by Dale Carnegie. One was HOW TO STOP WORRYING AND START LIVINGand the other was HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE. Both books were a bit outdated in some ways, but they were a real inspiration non-the-less. This has been one of the best books I have come across about how to do with fear and worry in our lives.
